Jacquelin Louis, FNP-C

Family Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified

Jacquelin Louis, FNP, has been practicing for over 15 years across two countries and two distinct roles in medicine. He earned his medical degree in the Dominican Republic, where he worked as a primary care and emergency medicine physician for more than a decade before relocating to the United States and completing his training as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

For the past five years, he has continued to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families. Fluent in Haitian Creole, French, and Spanish, Dr. Louis is able to communicate effectively with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds, helping them feel comfortable, understood, and supported throughout their healthcare journey He is passionate about improving the health and well-being of his patients and is committed to delivering personalized, high-quality care with compassion and respect.

 

Outside of his practice, Dr. Louis enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their two sons. He values family, community, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those he serves.

Do I need insurance?

No. This is a cash-pay practice — you pay a simple flat fee per visit, with no insurance and no membership required.

Are visits virtual or in person?

Both, depending on the service. Primary care and physicals can be in person or by video; GLP-1 weight visits are fully virtual.

How do I book?

Choose your service and an open time right here on the site. Your request is sent to our scheduling system and confirmed by email.

What languages do you speak?

We see patients in English, Haitian Creole, and Spanish so you can talk through your care in the language you're most comfortable with.
